Kids on the Courts, Inc was officially started as a nonprofit late 2021. This was after discovering that many of our public schools have courts, but not in playable condition. Our first project "serves" tennis to over 900 students in a local middle school, over half in poverty or below poverty status. We put the courts under their feet and provided rackets to the PE department. Now just go hit that ball!
Seeking volunteers to help with marketing, fund raising, and event creation and promotion.
We need to get this ball rolling to serve more of our community.
Kids on the Courts, Inc will be involved in coordination with our Community Tennis Association and Junior Team Tennis events when available for collaboration. All working together to get this tennis thing started for our up and coming players.
Your contribution can make a big difference in the lives of those we serve. Donate today to help support our mission of putting courts back in our public middle schools. We accept Zelle - kidsonthecourts@gmail.com, Venmo - Kids on the Courts, Inc@kidsonthecourts, PayPal - april@kidsonthecourts.com, or of course a personal check - Kids on the Courts, 900 Spaulding Farm Rd, Greenville, SC 29615
So far, four resurfaced courts in a public middle school, now playable.
Courts are open to the community also when students are not present.
